Place your order online but we’ll call you when your order is ready to go. You can either give us your credit card details or let us know you are sending a Money Order. Please note: we cannot accept personal cheques.

RETURNS POLICY

Any unused product may be returned to kit cosmetics either by Australia Post or to a store within 14 days of purchase. The address for postal returns is:

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our Express Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked. Please note: It is up to the discretion of the Australia Post contractor whether they feel comfortable leaving your delivery at your home if you aren’t there – sorry, kit can’t help with this one.

Our Platinum Delivery service ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 3 working days and must be signed for upon delivery – please send your Platinum Delivery to your work/day address if possible.

For our NZ customers, we use standard Air Mail and your order will be delivered within 10 working days unless you are notified otherwise. If you would like us to send your order via Express Courier International for a fast delivery, please place your order via our Mail Order service on +61 3 9420 7374.

Products can only be delivered in Australia or New Zealand, with the exception of Kit Cosmetics products. If you wish to order these, please call our kit team on +61 3 9420 7374.

GIFT WRAPPING

Every kit gift leaving our team will be wrapped in our unique kit gift box – if you would like us to wrap any of your items separately or write a gift tag for you, just let us know in your order. Your wish is our command!

ANIMAL TESTING

There is absolutely no testing on animals by any supplier that kit cosmetics stocks.
